We all know that funding will be extremely tight next year.  The features of this program fit perfectly with federal stimulus money flowing to districts through Title I, Title II-D and IDEA with language that encourages expenditures for:

• Short term investments that have long term benefits
• Expanding fiscally sustainable extended learning opportunities
• Scaling up proven and innovative school-wide strategies
• Title II-D Funds focused on staff development and training.

Pilot programs are also available for interested school districts.
